A single chromosome 3p break initiates clear cell renal cell carcinoma evolution
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Bulk RNA sequencing was used to profile the transcriptomes of renal proximal tubule epithelial cells (RPTECs) harboring chromosome 3p loss. Three independent clones (Clone 5, Clone 7, and Clone 10) were sequenced at early (day 18) and late (day 90) passage alongside wild-type controls. Libraries were prepared from three independent biological replicates per condition and sequenced on an Illumina NovaSeq X Plus. Differential gene expressions were assessed by comparing 3p-loss clones to wild-type RPTECs at each time point.
