Establishment and characterization of patient-derived in-vitro and in-vivo models of penile squamous cell carcinoma
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Tissue samples from patients with penile squamous cell carcinoma were used to generate primar cell cultures and these cell cultures were injectied under the renal capsule of immunodeficient NSG mice for xenograft development. Four primary cell lines were successfully established (PeCa53, PeCa60, PeCa65, PeCa70). For all four cell lines, the patient tissue sample and primary cell lines were submitted to RNAseq. Stably growing xenografts from PeCa53 and PeCa60 were harvested as well for analysis by RNAseq.
