Transcriptomic analysis of human dental pulp stem cells under inflammatory conditions treated with Astragalus polysaccharide
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) were exposed to an inflammatory microenvironment induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), with or without Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) treatment. This study aimed to characterize transcriptomic alterations and identify potential molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of APS on inflammatory responses and odontogenic/osteogenic differentiation in hDPSCs. Total RNA was extracted from each group and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing. Differential gene expression analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment were performed to explore biological functions and signaling pathways associated with APS treatment. This dataset provides a comprehensive transcriptomic resource for understanding the regulatory role of APS in inflamed dental pulp stem cells.
