ABSTRACT: This study investigated transcriptomic changes associated with runx2b-mediated regulation of intermuscular bone development in Culter alburnus. Bulk RNA-seq was performed on muscle/myoseptal region samples from wild-type, runx2b heterozygous mutant, and runx2b homozygous mutant juveniles. The dataset supports integrated transcriptomic and proteomic analysis of molecular changes related to intermuscular bone reduction and loss.
