Genome-wide EP300 CUT&Tag profiling in RAW264.7 macrophages treated with LPS and CCS1477
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: EP300 is an important epigenetic regulator involved in inflammatory gene transcription. CUT&Tag sequencing was performed to characterize genome-wide EP300 occupancy in RAW264.7 macrophages under basal conditions, following lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation, and after treatment with the EP300 inhibitor CCS1477. Corresponding IgG controls were included for each experimental condition.
