Transcriptomic profiling of gastrocnemius muscle in dysferlin-deficient B6.A-Dysfprmd/GeneJ mice

ABSTRACT: This study investigated transcriptomic alterations in gastrocnemius muscle associated with dysferlin deficiency. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on gastrocnemius muscle from 3-month-old homozygous B6.A-Dysfprmd/GeneJ mice and age-matched C57BL/6 control mice. Gene-level expression profiles were used to characterize molecular changes associated with the early manifestation of dysferlinopathy.
