Transcriptome profiling of Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type seedlings under D-mannitol-induced osmotic stress

ABSTRACT: Bulk RNA sequencing was performed to characterize transcriptional responses of Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type seedlings to D-mannitol-induced osmotic stress. Whole seedlings were collected from control and 250 mM D-mannitol conditions after 7 days. Three independent biological replicates were analyzed for each condition, providing gene-level expression data for osmotic-stress response analyses.
