Transcriptome profiling of WT and exa1-1 under normal, salt, and heat stresses
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To elucidate the role of EXA1 in response to abiotic stress, we conducted whole-genome transcriptome analysis using 9-day-old seedlings of both wild-type (WT) and exa1-1 mutant lines under normal, salt, and heat stress conditions. Our findings indicate that EXA1 functions as a key regulator of gene expression associated with both stress adaptation and plant growth.
