ABSTRACT: These RNA-seq data were generated from immortalized hCMEC/D3 cells treated with either: (1) one of 30 blood metabolites associated with aging and the microbiome, (2) vehicle control, or (3) lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a positive control with well-characterized transcriptomic effects.
