ABSTRACT: These RNA-seq data were generated from the brains of mice exposed to trimethylamine N-oxide, palmitate, glycodeoxycholate, indoleacetate, or appropriate vehicle controls for 2 hours (administration route: intravenous retro-orbital injection).
