Spatiotemporal Clonal Architecture of the Newborn Mouse Forebrain
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The mammalian forebrain contains diverse neural and glial cell types distributed across anatomically and functionally distinct regions, but their temporal and regional lineage relationships remain incompletely understood. Here, we generated a large-scale clonal atlas of mouse forebrain development by combining high-complexity lentiviral barcoding with single-cell RNA sequencing. The dataset captures major neurona and glial populations and enables analysis of lineage relationships across developmental stages, sub cell types, and forebrain regions.
