MYC CLAP-seq in HeLa cells with ASO scramble or ASO #24

ABSTRACT: CLAP-seq was performed to profile MYC-associated RNA binding sites in HeLa cells under ASO scramble control or ASO #24 conditions. Pooled input libraries and a no-UV control were included. Sequencing was carried out on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (paired-end).
