RNA seq of Tunicamycin treated liver with or without CHOP

ABSTRACT: AAV-Tbg-Flpo was injected to Chop FluL/FluL animals to restore CHOP expression in the liver a week prior to experiment. On the day of experiment, mice (2 males and 2 females in each group) were I.P. injected with tunicamycin to induce ER stress. 8 hrs post injection, mice were sacrificed and RNA seq from the liver was performed. AAV-Tbg-EGP was used as virus control.
