ABSTRACT: The antioxidant N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) restores growth and connectivity of developing upper layer cortical projection neurons and improves cognitive performance in the LgDel mouse model of 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome. This Xenium dataset includes cortical sections of WT and LgDel cortex at postnatal day 6 (P6), with and without NAC treatment.
