RNA-seq analysis of FOXA1 and TRIM28 knockdown in LNCaP prostate cancer cells

ABSTRACT: This study investigates transcriptomic changes following knockdown of FOXA1 or TRIM28 in LNCaP prostate cancer cells. LNCaP cells were transduced/transfected with shRNAs targeting FOXA1 or TRIM28, along with corresponding negative control shRNAs. Total RNA was extracted from biological replicates and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing. Differential gene expression analysis was performed to identify genes and pathways affected by FOXA1 or TRIM28 depletion. This dataset provides a resource for studying the transcriptional regulatory roles of FOXA1 and TRIM28 in prostate cancer cells.
