Bulk RNA sequencing of neutrophils and CD8 regulatory T cells in mouse models of ischemic stroke
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Ischemic stroke induces profound alterations in peripheral immune responses, but the underlying molecular mechanisms remain incompletely understood. To characterize transcriptional changes in neutrophils and CD8 regulatory T cells (CD8 Tregs), we generated bulk RNA sequencing datasets from multiple in vivo and in vitro experimental settings. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on peripheral blood neutrophils, purified CD8 Tregs, neutrophils harvested at different time points during in vitro culture, and neutrophils isolated following co-culture with CD8 Tregs. These datasets provide a comprehensive resource for investigating transcriptional programs of neutrophils and CD8 Tregs associated with ischemic stroke.
