Single-Cell RNA Sequencing of Bone Marrow Cells with Altered CNP Signaling in Mice.

ABSTRACT: In this study, we employed CellPlex single-cell RNA sequencing using the 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell 3′ platform to investigate how altered NPR3 signaling affects the bone marrow cellular landscape. Bone marrow cells were collected from NprcI384F/I384F mice and NprcI384F/WT controls. Single-cell transcriptomic analyses were performed to characterize differences in bone marrow hematopoietic cell composition and signaling pathways regulated by the NPR3/CNP/NPR2 axis.
