Effects of the me31B H333R mutation on the Drosophila ovarian transcriptome

ABSTRACT: This study examined the effects of the me31B H333R mutation on steady-state RNA abundance in Drosophila melanogaster ovaries. mRNA sequencing was performed on ovaries from homozygous me31B H333R mutant and me31B WT control females, with three independent biological replicates per genotype. Differential expression analysis was used to identify transcript abundance changes associated with the H333R mutation.
