Serum tRNA-derived fragment and tRNA half profiles across chronic atrophic gastritis, early gastric cancer, and gastric cancer

ABSTRACT: tRNA-derived fragments (tRFs) and tRNA halves (tiRNAs) were profiled in serum from human participants with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG; n=3), early gastric cancer (EGC; n=3), or gastric cancer (GC; n=3). Modification-aware small RNA sequencing generated single-end 50-nucleotide reads. The submission includes nine raw FASTQ files and a complete vendor-annotated tRF/tiRNA feature-by-sample quantitative matrix containing raw counts and CPM values.
