Gene expression profiling of Venetoclax-treated HL-60 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Venetoclax is a selective BCL-2 inhibitor with antileukemic activity. To investigate the transcriptional alterations induced by Venetoclax in human acute myeloid leukemia cells, HL-60 cells were treated with Venetoclax for 48 h and subjected to whole-transcriptome expression profiling using the GeneChip PrimeView Human Gene Expression Array. HL-60 cells were treated with 9.788 μM Venetoclax for 48 h. HL-60 cells without Venetoclax treatment were used as controls. Total RNA was isolated from control and Venetoclax-treated cells, and biotin-labeled cRNA was prepared and hybridized to PrimeView Human Gene Expression Array chips.
