Effect of Six3 overexpression on gene expression of mice bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study demonstrates that Six3 is a transcription factor that promotes the neural differentiation of mouse BMSCs. Overexpression of Six3 enhances the viability, migration, and neural differentiation of these cells. To investigate the transcriptional regulation of target genes by Six3, this study analyzes the gene expression profile of mouse BMSCs with Six3 overexpression.
