Multi-generational salinity adaptation drives phenotypic plasticity and a transcriptomic osmotic-threshold response in Aedes aegypti


ABSTRACT: Aedes ageypti is one of the medically important vectors. We have performed transcriptome of larval population adapted to various salinity conditions. We performed reference-based transcriptome analysis to uncover the adaptive response of larvae under increasing salinity conditions.
