QuantSeq 3′ mRNA sequencing of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome samples

ABSTRACT: We performed QuantSeq 3′ mRNA sequencing to characterize gene expression profiles in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) samples. The dataset includes 29 CLL samples and 65 MDS samples. RNA sequencing data were generated to enable transcriptome-wide assessment of gene expression and comparison of molecular patterns across the study cohorts. Raw sequencing reads and processed gene-level expression data are provided to support downstream analyses of transcriptional variation among these hematologic malignancies.
