ABSTRACT: This study investigated transcriptomic responses of RAW 264.7 macrophages following treatment with the multi-epitope vaccine candidate M506070. RAW 264.7 cells were left untreated or treated with M506070 for 6 h or 24 h, and RNA-seq was performed to characterize treatment-induced gene expression changes.
