PDIA6 supports IL6-responsive STAT3 signaling and prolifera-tion in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

ABSTRACT: This study investigated transcriptional changes associated with PDIA6 loss in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cells. CAL33 cells carrying control or PDIA6-targeting CRISPR/Cas9 constructs were subjected to bulk RNA sequencing, with three independent biological replicates per group. Differential expression and pathway enrichment analyses were performed to identify signaling programs altered following PDIA6 depletion.
