Dasatinib suppresses apatinib-induced drug-tolerant persister cells proliferation by acting on SRC in gastric cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Drug-tolerant persister (DTP) cells play a significant role in therapeutic resistance and tumor recurrence. In this study, RNA sequencing was conducted to characterize the transcriptomic alterations associated with the formation of DTP cells induced by apatinib in gastric cancer cells. The gene expression profiles of apatinib-induced DTP cells were compared with those of their corresponding parental cells to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways linked to the DTP phenotype.
