An Intra-BET Epigenetic Mechanism Driven by BRD4 Controls Pancreatic α-cell Expansion [CUT&Tag]


ABSTRACT: This study aims to identify downstream targets of the BRD4 pathway in human glucagonoma samples and αTC1 cells using CUT&Tag (Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation) assays. CUT&Tag was performed to profile BRD4 binding sites at the genome-wide level, providing insights into the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms mediated by BRD4 in pancreatic α-cell lineage.
