Effect of deletion of PoxCMC2 in Penicillium oxalicum HP7-1 at the transcriptional level

ABSTRACT: In order to explaining the mechanism of microprotin PoxCMC2,we deleted PoxCMC2 in the parental strain ΔPoxKu70,and we want to investigating the function of deletion of PoxCMC2 at transcriptional level.
