T cells (CD45+ CD3e+) were isolated from the lamina propria of the colon and ileum of female C57BL/6J mice at multiple reproductive stages: virgin (estrus or proestrus), early pregnancy (E6.5), mid-pregnancy (E12.5), late pregnancy (E18.5), and 30 days postpartum (30dpp). All C57BL/6J mice were infected by segmented filamentous bacteria (SFB) by cohousing with Taconic mice for two weeks before timed mating.
