Transcriptomic profiling of PRAME knockdown in SKOV3 and ES2 ovarian cancer cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigated transcriptomic alterations following PRAME knockdown in ovarian cancer cells. SKOV3 and ES2 cells were transfected with PRAME-targeting small interfering RNA (siPRAME) or negative-control siRNA (siNC), followed by bulk RNA sequencing. Three biological replicates were included for each condition in each cell line. Differential expression and pathway enrichment analyses were performed to characterize transcriptional programs associated with PRAME knockdown and to explore potential downstream molecular mechanisms of PRAME in ovarian cancer cells.
