Liver transcriptome profiling of GAN-fed wild-type and hepatocyte-specific Hsf1-knockout mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) regulates cellular stress responses. This study used liver RNA sequencing to examine transcriptional changes associated with hepatocyte-specific Hsf1 deletion in a dietary model of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. Liver samples from wild-type and hepatocyte-specific Hsf1-knockout mice were compared after 28 weeks of Gubra Amylin NASH diet feeding.
