Prenatal stress reprograms placental signaling and opposes maternal immune activation effects in the fetal brain [single-cell RNA-seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Single-cell RNA sequencing was used to examine placental transcriptional profiles associated with repeated maternal restraint stress. Whole placental preparations from three control and three stress dams/litters were collected at gestational day 17.5. The dataset was used to assess cell type-specific gene expression, pathway enrichment, and relative cell-type composition in control and stress samples. This submission contains the mouse placental single-cell RNA-seq component of the associated study.
