Comparison of ER and PR genomic binding in T-47D
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Genomic occupancy of estrogen receptor alpha (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) was profiled by ChIP-seq in T-47D breast cancer cells. Occupancy was assessed for each receptor after treatment with endogenous ligand, estradiol (E2) for ER and progesterone (P4) for PR, or combination treatment of E2 and P4. Shifts in ER occupancy were observed between E2 and combination treatment that correspond to sites bound by PR.
