An importin-α IMA8 coordinates nuclear shuttling of COI1 to regulate jasmonate-mediated defense responses in Arabidopsis

ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of IMA8 in COI1-dependent jasmonate (JA) signaling, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the ima8 mutant, coi1-2 mutant and wild-type Arabidopsis (Col-0) with or without methyl jasmonate (MeJA) treatment.
