Transcriptomic profiling of mouse lung tissue after osmundacetone treatment in bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the transcriptional response to osmundacetone (OSMA) in pulmonary fibrosis, lung tissue RNA was sequenced from male C57BL/6J mice in control, bleomycin model, and bleomycin plus high-dose OSMA groups. Four samples were analyzed per group. The study examined disease-associated expression changes and their reversal by OSMA, with particular attention to extracellular matrix remodeling and TGF-beta-related signaling.
