Ribosome profiling of OTUD6B knockdown and scramble-control MDA-MB-231 cells

ABSTRACT: Ribosome profiling was performed in human MDA-MB-231 cells with shOTUD6B-41 or a scramble-control shRNA. Two independent biological replicates were included per group, yielding four paired-end sequencing libraries. Gene-level read counts and FPKM expression values were generated. This experiment and the Flag-OTUD6B eCLIP-seq experiment in HEK293T cells belong to the same research study.
