ECLIP-seq profiling of Flag-OTUD6B-associated RNA in HEK293T cells

ABSTRACT: RNA associated with Flag-OTUD6B was profiled by enhanced crosslinking and immunoprecipitation sequencing (eCLIP-seq) in human HEK293T cells. Two independent biological replicates were represented by two FLAG immunoprecipitation libraries and two corresponding size-matched input (SMInput) control libraries. This experiment and the OTUD6B-knockdown Ribo-seq experiment in MDA-MB-231 cells belong to the same research study.
