Transcriptomic response to FIZn NPs@gel in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages

ABSTRACT: Bulk RNA sequencing was used to characterize the transcriptional response of mouse RAW264.7 macrophages to FIZn NPs@gel under lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation. FIZn NPs@gel comprises folate-targeted isofraxidin-zinc nanoparticles incorporated in a hydroxypropyl-chitosan hydrogel. The dataset contains three LPS samples and three LPS plus FIZn NPs@gel samples, paired-end quality-controlled sequence reads, complete gene-level counts and FPKM values, and differential-expression results.
