Project description:The miRNA expression profile related to ESCC in high-incidence areas of China was successfully constructed, and differentially expressed miRNAs were screened out and their functions were predicted.The miRNA expression in ESCC tissues was significantly different from that in adjacent normal tissues.GO and Pathway analysis showed that differentially expressed miRNAs were mainly involved in biological functions such as cellular process, metabolic process, biological regulation, binding and catalytic activity, and involved in multiple regulatory pathways including extracellular matrix receptor interaction, adhesion spot, protein digestion and absorption.Then their circRNA-miRNA network was constructed to better understand the related mechanism of miRNAs and provide ideas for exploring the biology functions of miRNAs in ESCC, revealing that the differentially expressed miRNAs were closely related to ESCC.

Project description:Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of tumor adjacent normal tissue from patients with invasive breast cancer, as well as tissue from women undergoing reduction mammoplasty or prophylactic surgery. The Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 485,577 CpGs in snap frozen breast tissue. Samples included 70 tumor-adjacent normal breast tissue with invasive disease, 8 tissues from breast prophylactic patients, and 18 tissues from breast reduction patients.

Through tissue miRNA sequencing, we screened out the differentially expressed miRNA in patients with 3 perihilar cholangiocarcinoma(pCCA) and 3 distal cholangiocarcinoma(dCCA) and its corresponding adjacent tissue.
