Genome wide maps of H3K4me3 and H3ac histone modifications in C6 rat glioma cells [Illumina]

ABSTRACT: We report maps of H3K4me3 and H3ac - activiting expression histone modifications in C6 rat glioma cells. The data was obtained using whole genome high throughput technology. The sequencing was performed on HiSeq Ilumina platform.
