Seasonal expression analysis of Japanese cedar in cambium region and differentiation xylem


ABSTRACT: A custom cDNA microarray analysis was designed based on a proprietary cDNA library and EST data to investigate seasonal gene expression in Japanese cedar cambial region. Forest trees have ecological and economic importance, and Japanese cedar has highly valued wood attributes.
