ABSTRACT: Analysis of HUVEC treated with ANP. ANP is a cardiac hormone, binding to the guanylate cyclase-A (GC-A) receptor with a major role in cardiovascular homeostatic mechanisms. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms of ANP in vascular endothelial cell.
