Transcriptome profiling of Normal and Cancerous Prostate Cells using Affymetrix Human Transcriptome Array 2.0

ABSTRACT: To identify aberrant expression of transcripts in prostate cancer, we performed global gene and transcript expression profiling of normal prostate epithelial cells (PrEC) and the prostate cancer cell line LNCaP using Affymetrix Human Transcriptome 2.0 expression arrays.
