The signature of liver cancer in host peripheral blood mononuclear cells and T cells DNA methylation

ABSTRACT: We demonstrate the feasibility of developing noninvasive DNA methylation biomarkers of early stages of HCC in the host T cells. These data are consistent with involvement of epigenetic modulation of the immune system in HCC.
