Gene expression in FCRL2+ cell lines stimulated with anti-FCRL2 antibodies
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Fc receptor-like 2 (FCRL2) molecule is expressed in the B cell subpopulation. Although FCRL2 has both immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation/Inhibition motives (ITAM/ITIM) in the intracellular regions, the biological functions and roles remain unknown. In this study, we compare gene expression profiles in # FCRL2+ cell lines (HS-Sultan, RPMI8226, or SU-DHL-5) with and without treatment of a mixture of Anti-FCRL2 monoclonal antibodies.
