ABSTRACT: Human umbilical vein vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) are crucial for angiogenesis that benefits functional recovery after cerebral infarction. This study aims to investigate the mechanisms underlying the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on HUVECs.
