Agilent zebrafish V3 array 4´44K microarray-Ochratoxin A treated with 6-48 hpf zebrafish embryos

ABSTRACT: Ochratoxin A (OTA) is a fungal secondary metabolite widely found in cereal and a wide variety of foods; it also exhibits carcinogenic effects, nephrotoxicity, and teratogenicity. In this study, the zebrafish was applied to investigate the effects of ochratoxin A on gene expressions in zebrafish embryos.
