ABSTRACT: Study of changes in DNA Methylation in monozygotic Rheumatoid Arthritis discordant twins and ACPA+/- discordant twins Overall design: Five healthy twin pairs discordant for presence of antibodies to citrullinated protein antigens (ACPA). Secondly, profiling seven twin pairs discordant for ACPA-positive RA.
