ABSTRACT: Affymetrix miRNA 4.0 array profiling of adipocyte-derived exosomes from pre and post bariatric subjects. We used miRNA arrays to profile FABP4+ (adipocyte-derived) exosomes isolated from serum from pre and post bariatric subjects.
