Genome-wide analysis of gene expression after AML1-ETO and Ezh1 knock down in leukemia

ABSTRACT: The chimeric protein AML1-ETO is subjected to an array of posttranslational modifications that crucially regulate its functions. Enhancer of zeste homolog 1 (Ezh1) regulates gene expression through its histone methyltransferase activity. In this study, we test the impact of Ezh1 on AML1-ETO regulating target gene expression. Results provide important information of the response of Ezh1 knock down, AML1-ETO knock down or both.
